May 2011: 77 Hudson is now approximately 50% sold with 17 units going under contract in the month of April alone! Some lines have already sold out, and others have limited availability.
July 2011: 77 Hudson is now over 50% sold with a total of 19 units going under contract in June and July. Only four studios remain in the entire building! Some units are sold out through the 32nd floor.
September 2011: 77 Hudson is now close to 60% sold, with a total of 21 units going under contract in the month of September! The studios are SOLD OUT, and other lines have very limited availability.
December 2011: 77 Hudson now 65% sold. Many units have sold out including the studios, and three of the 1 BR lines.
February 2012: 77 Hudson now 70% sold. Over 100 units were sold during 2011!
April 2012: 77 Hudson now 75% sold. 45 contracts in 45 days! Only a handful of 2BRS remain.
June 2012: 77 Hudson now over 85% sold.
November 2012: 77 Hudson now 90% sold.
April 2013: 77 Hudson only has a handful of units remaining from the developer, mostly Penthouses.
September 2013: Only 5 units remain at 77 Hudson!
December 2013: Only 2 developer units left!
February, 2014: PH 4704 remains, listed at 2.9mil. All others are resales.
